Our first accounting service is recommended for registered companies that have legal and tax obligations. Cameron is a certified advisor for this platform. It is a paid monthly subscription with various features. Invoicing and interaction with customers is sleek and professional looking with template emails for ease of use. Pay online features are available to allow customers to click on their invoice email to pay by card which automatically reconciles that invoice. Invoices can be viewed online or in pdf format. Basic inventory management is included in the subscription and multiple currencies can be added. This platform has an endless selection of integrated apps and services that are paid and free such as CRM, advanced inventory management, time based project tracking, email marketing and more. Multiple bank accounts can be linked for real-time updates and the accounting process is all pre-setup by us. Invoices, quotes, and other pdf templates can be designed and email text written and personalised to the customer. Mobile app available. Ongoing accounting/bookkeeping management by our company is available on a month-to-month or ad-hoc basis.

Pay with iPhone, Apple Pay, Direct Debit and more
Connect different payment methods to integrate with accounting platforms and e-commerce websites allowing customers to pay in multiple ways online or in-person.
Online: accept payments through an online e-commerce store, within invoices or send personalised payment links through any social media or messaging platforms. Allow customers to pay via EFT, instant EFT, debit or credit cards and other payment platforms or set up recurring payments and subscriptions, automatically deducting from credit or debit cards on a set recurring basis.
In-person: accept Pay with iPhone*, Apple Pay, contactless, credit or debit cards with a card machine and issue receipts via SMS, email or print them out. Use personalised payment links to let a customer pay in-store immediately with a credit or debit card on their own device without the need to use a card machine.
